Film Market rules

Short and plain. By posting or sending interest you agree to these rules.

Premium members can post: pitches (scripts, projects and finished films), things to rent, sell or hire, services, and "Looking for" requests. Anyone can browse.
Signed-in members send "I'm interested". The poster accepts, declines or blocks. Only after the poster accepts can you see their name, CV, phone and email, and a pitch's full details.
Before acceptance, phone numbers and email addresses in notes are hidden automatically.
Listings stay live for 30 days. You get a reminder 7 days before the end and can renew. After a listing closes you have 7 days to renew; then its photos and notes are deleted and only the record is kept.

Every listing gets a dated reference (for example NCV-PITCH-0043): a record that it was posted by its owner on that date.
Only the logline and teaser are public. The full pitch is shown only to people the owner accepts, and they must agree not to copy, share or use it without written permission.
For stronger protection, register your script with the Nigerian Copyright Commission and keep dated drafts. NollywoodCV is not a copyright registry.

No payments happen on the Film Market. You agree prices, contracts and payment directly with each other.
Never pay to send interest, to be accepted or to audition. NollywoodCV never asks for that. Report any listing that does.
For contracts and release forms, you can find Legal services on the market. NollywoodCV does not check or guarantee any deal.

Asking for money upfront to apply, audition or be accepted.
Posting work, property or equipment that is not yours to offer.
Fake, misleading, offensive or spam listings, or putting contact details in titles and photos to get around the rules.
Uploading documents. Only photos are allowed; trailers and screeners are shared as links.

Use "Report this listing" on any listing. Admin reviews every report.
A listing reported by 10 members is paused automatically until admin checks it. Admin can remove listings that break these rules.
